Simon Francis

Samuel Tsui
●Samuel posses experience in both private credit and Natural Resources through is career at international investment banks in Asia, Australia and Canada
●Most recently a Vice President, Investment Banking at Nomura in Hong Kong, as a member of the Principal Financing Group, an origination and structuring team for bespoke private credit
●Prior to Principal Financing Group, Samuel covered Natural Resources at Nomura, working in Hong Kong and Sydney where he focused on cross border M&A with Japanese trading houses and mining financings
●Other experiences include Oil & Gas corporate finance at a boutique covering small-cap companies in Southeast Asia, as well as HSBC covering Canadian upstream Oil & Gas
●Samuel graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance
